\n\t\t\t[vc_column_text]Price give an indication of prive and can change and updates. They will be confirmed at the time of finally booking. Costs include linen (bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen), services and facilities. Daily cleaning and washing dishes not included.<\/p>\n

Heating not include in the price but you can pay if you need.<\/p>\n

Meals not include.<\/p>\n

Upon your arrival you will find a \u2018Welcome kit\u2019 with shower soap, soap and toilet paper to start your holiday confortable. We don\u2019t provide equippement to all holiday. Luggage storage on request<\/p>\n

It\u2019s possible to stay al day of the departure in the apartment if it\u2019s available or in the agriturismo on the pool. Extra payment is 20\u20ac a person.[\/vc_column_text]\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_content_width=”grid”][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t[vc_column_text]You can book online or WhatsApp. You will receive confirmation as soon as possible. When you receive reply we require 100\u20ac prepyment. The balance will be pay on arrival by cash or credit card.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation, 100\u20ac will be not refund but become a voucher to use in the next 12 mounhs.<\/p>\n

In case if cancellation by Agriturismo Summer due to a natural disaster, fire, dammage\u2026the total you pay will be refund and we try to help you to find a new place to stay.<\/p>\n

If your arrival or you deluvery change due to personal reasons, strikes and so on but not due to Agriturismo Summer reasons younhav eto pay total of holiday and we can\u2019t refund you.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t[vc_column_text]Number of people in the apartment is limited to a number of people declared in yha booking. Staff can limited the access to extra people.<\/p>\n

Tenant has to respect normal tea to respect the Agriturismo and the neighbors.<\/p>\n

Swimming pool is not guarded. Kids can\u2019t stay alone. Please respect the normal rules of the bather.<\/p>\n

Pets can stay with you but in all moment with a leashand not alone in the Agriturismo. In the swimming pool they can stay on the green area and not on the sunbeds.[\/vc_column_text]\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_content_width=”grid”][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
